Irene Scaturro

Irene Scaturro is a graduate of Palermo University Performance Studies M.A. program and of the Teatro Biondo Stabile acting school. In London, she studied at Ecole Philip Gauliè and at The Circus Space. Her film credits include PERDUTO AMOR (2002), SENSO DI COLPA (2002) and RICCARDO III (2002). She has toured extensively in Italy, appearing on such reknowned stages as the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, Teatro Eliseo di Roma and Teatro Manzoni di Roma. Her leading theatre credits include IL POVERO PIERO (2000), LA RAPPRESENTAZIONE DELLA CROCE with Pamela Villoresi, Ilaria Occhini and Franco Graziosi (2000), IL GUANTO NERO, with Giulio Brogi (2000), L’EREDITÀ DELLO ZIO CANONICO (2002), SAN GIOVANNI DECOLLATO (2002), LA NEMICA, with Valeria Moriconi (2003) and DELIRIO A DUE (2003). Her other theatrical appearances include I SETTE A TEBE (2000), VITA AL TEMPO DEL SERPOTTA (2004) and EMILIA (2005). She is currently acting in IL FIGLIO DELLA LUNA which will screen this winter on RAI TV.
