Mazzeo has created a range of characters for many independent features
and shorts. These include a hit man whose next job is his own brother,
THE BROTHERHOOD (2000), a mob consigliere in DARK VOICES (2001), a writer
suffering from amnesia in the film RESSURECTION (2003), and a drug dealer
with bi-polar disorder who lives with his mother in THE WHITES OF THEIR
EYES (2005) amongst others. His NY stage credits include the Off-Broadway
productions of CANNIBAL'S WALTZ for the Abingdon Theatre Co., THE FIVE
OF US, at the Samuel Beckett Theatre, THE MYSTERY OF ANNA O at the John
Houseman Theatre, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, PERICLES, and THE TWO GENTLEMEN
OF VERONA with the Kings County Shakespeare Co. Regional appearances include
TRUE WEST with the Coyote Theatre Co., and a mid-states tour of JULIUS
CAESAR and THE TEMPEST with The National Shakespeare Co.
